PacStates Resolves Issues

The techs at PacStates always work on an issue until it is resolved. We have never experienced any major functionality issues and the minor issues are resolved in a very timely manner.

Small two person office

As a small two person office, it is sometimes difficult for us to resolve technical issues as neither of us are have much experience in that arena. The fix turned out to be an issue with our network. Scott had us back online in no time and showed me where the issue was. I appreciate the support and the kindness with which it is provided!

Setting up VPN

The Cyber Security expert Ryan came to our office today to help us to set up remote access to our computers so we can work from home during the Coronavirus pandemic. Ryan is a great tech. Knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient. I wish we would have installed a Pac States System when we moved to our new offices. Their service is impeccable.

PacStates Was There in Minutes

This morning, we moved our entire ShoreTel system to a new location and turned it on. We had some trouble connecting this new location to our others. PacStates was there in minutes and we were back up and running in no time. They even helped us identify an issue with our carrier that we didn't notice and we were able to solve that shortly after.
